How to organise a basketball league

Set up your league in minutes: teams register online, the schedule generates itself, standings update after every result, and every league gets a public page people find on Google.

Create a leagueBrowse leagues

How it works

  1. Create the league

Name it, pick the city and say who it is for: amateur, corporate, veterans, youth. The page goes live at once.

  2. Add a competition and open registration

Round-robin, knockout or groups with a playoff; set points, tie-breakers and roster limits, then invite teams or let them apply.

  3. Generate the schedule

Pick the match days and the venue; the fixtures, rounds and brackets are built for you and can be regenerated until the first kick-off.

  4. Record results

Enter scores from your phone; standings, top scorers and suspensions update on the spot and every team is notified.

Questions and answers

How much does it cost to run a league on FastLiga?
Nothing. Creating leagues, competitions, schedules and standings is free for organisers and players.
Can teams register themselves?
Yes. Set the competition to accept applications and teams apply from its page; you confirm each entry. You can also invite teams directly.
Does the schedule handle two rounds, groups or a knockout?
Yes. A round-robin plays each pair as many times as you set; groups with a playoff and pure knockouts build their brackets from the confirmed teams and their seeds.
Will people find my league on Google?
Every published public league has its own page, listed among your city's leagues and in the sitemap, with structured data for search engines.
Can I run a private or invite-only league?
Yes. A league can be public, unlisted or private; a private league is visible only to its members and invited teams.
